operates daily M-F from June 14th - Aug 6th.
Summer Playcamp
The Summer Playcamp is a well run operation looking for devoted staff that
can meet our high standards and expectations.
We are a State Licensed Childcare Program and have met or exceeded all
of their standards required. I feel
that this would be a great opportunity for anyone in the education field to
work with children and gain exposure to planning and facilitating programs. We
require all staff to go through an Orientation and Training Program prior to
camp start date and applications are currently being accepted.
Sports and Athletic Programs
The Recreation
Department is planning on bringing the Start Smart Sports
Development Programs to the Park. These programs enable the parent/child to work
together to learn the basic sports skills necessary to understand and play the games. The instructor would receive a manual and
lesson plans for teaching once a week for 6 weeks.
Tennis Instructors
I am looking
for Tennis Instructors to teach lessons, clinics and run tournaments for the
summer. I am waiting to hear back about
a Tennis Grant, which would pay a stipend for the summer. Great starter project with opportunities in
Marketing, Sports Promotion, and Community Involvement!
