“Educating Others About
Physical Activity”
THE
TASK
Imagine you are a famous fitness
trainer. You just opened a fitness club and are concerned about people who live
inactive lifestyles. Your first new client is Bob, a 40 year old, overweight
male who used to be a college football player. Bob has put on a significant
amount of weight since his college years and now lives a very inactive
lifestyle. Bob has no motivation to exercise after he comes home from his
deskbound job at an office. Your goal is to teach Bob about the benefits of
physical activity, the risks involved with being inactive, and ways to become
more active by answering the questions on your worksheet. You have limited time

an inactive lifestyle forever! See the instructions below and start
researching!
