It takes a lot of production equipment to get your videos at a professional level. However, there are simple things you can do that can improve the quality of your videos. I personally like Canon camcorders as they have the best product for the price. I run all my video editing through Apple's Final Cut Studio and all my special effects and photo editing is done in Adobe products.
