This website is very good for widows because it allows them to research some very important facts that arise while being a widow. There are a wide variety of topics on this website including recovery, grief and bereavement. As soon as you click on the website right on the first page there is a message board where other widows have posted messages trying to help each other out. There are other links on the website that include books for widows and links for professional help.
This website is also very good because it gives the widows an opportunity to talk to each other and try and help each other while there going through this very difficult process. One other thing I realized about this website is that not only widows visit this website there are people who are just entering the time of their life where they might need to start thinking about this subject and it helps them just to gather some information on this topic. If I had known a site like this existed I probably would have helped my grandmother out while she was going through the grieving process.
After looking at the website and checking it out I would have to say that the website is up to date and the facts are correct. The website started in 1995 and was just updated in 2005. This website is also a good one because it deals with widows and how they help each other out but there is also facts on here from professionals who know a lot about this topic. Ironically the founder of the website is a widow.
