Process

~You will need to begin by making a list of 4-5 food selections from each food group. (This will help you have a variety of food choices as explained in the task portion of this webquest.)

Example: Dairy- milk, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream

After making this list ask yourself these question:

Which of these foods are the most healthy food choices?

What foods are both healthy and delicious?

What kind of food choices  you, yourself, would  enjoy?

~After answering these question, select one choice from each food group and begin making your menu.

~You will need to make a poster of your menu and present a 5-6 minute presentation. In this presentation you will discuss why you chose the foods on your menu and explain how your food selections are delicious and nutritious.

~Take the information you have learned from this assignment and help your family make better choice when preparing for each meal. Show your family your poster and make a healthy menu, for a healthy lifestyle.
