Christina Smith
Technician, Videographer, Communications
A graduate of Shepherd University originally hailing from the Washington DC area and the metropolis of Martinsburg, WV, Christina joined Welsh Sound in early 2004, primarily handling lighting and video. Since her early childhood, Christina has been on the technical side of theatre eventually serving as a stage manager for Shepherd University, North Carolina Dance Theatre, and a host of touring organizations. She has most recently served as the Assistant Production Manager for the Contemporary American Theatre Festival and currently is the Operations Manager for the Frank Center Theatre at Shepherd University.
In her spare time, Christina is a fan of rockabilly clothing, pedicures, and reading. She is active in the local chapter of SCA and enjoys tattoos, piercings and finding great songs by new female singer/songwriters in the ether of Myspace.
