Banana Split Brownie Pizza
This dessert is to die for! Almost everyone loves pizza, so why not serve up a pizza for dessert? This wonderful dessert “pizza” has a yummy fudge brownie “crust,” a creamy pineapple cream cheese “sauce,” and strawberries bananas and walnuts for the “toppings!” Everyone you serve this to will be smiling with pure delight from the first bite.
1 (20 –ounce) box fudge brownie mix (I recommend Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix)
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
2 bananas sliced and tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning
1 cup strawberries. Sliced
1 cup chopped walnuts
Optional- Ice cream topping, chocolate syrup or whipped cream
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 15-inch pizza pan. Prepare the brownie mix according to box directions. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done. Remove from oven and let cool. Beat, using an electric mixer on low the cream cheese, pineapple, and sugar together in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownie crust. Arrange the banana and strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and add ice cream, chocolate syrup, or whipped cream topping if desired. Serves 8 to 10. Enjoy!
