Seasoned Burger
This recipe adds some zing to an American classic. These burgers may be cooked in a skillet, on George Forman-type of indoor grill, or on the classic, outdoor charcoal or gas grill.

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef (I use an 85/15 beef to fat ratio. This works best for burgers that are being grilled)
1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of Heinz Chili Sauce
4 of your favorite hamburger rolls (I use whole grain)
4 slices of tomato
4 slices of onion
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Ketchup and/or mustard for each burger
Directions:
Place ground beef, seasoned salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce in a medium bowl. Mix together with clean hands or a fork. Shape into four patties. Grill burgers on each side for approximately minutes, or until the center reaches your desired doneness. Place on a bun and top with one slice each of onion, tomato and lettuce. Add your favorite condiment and enjoy! Serves 4
