Baked Potatoes

Baked potatoes have so much nutritional value, and are naturally delicious. They go great with almost any meat, and are the easiest side dish to make!

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. First, wash potatoes you wish to oven bake with water. Pat dry potatoes with a clean dishtowel. Poke small holes in the potatoes with a sharp knife. Place potatoes onto oven rack and bake for 1 hour. If desired, add toppings such as butter, salt and pepper, sour cream, cheese, chives, and chili.
