           The Art Crew consists of six students in Dr. Anna DeVito’s Recreation Programming class at Shepherd University.  As a semester long project, we were assigned the task of designing a comprehensive expressive arts curriculum for Timber Ridge School that will lead the boys to obtain a credit for high school.

             Timber Ridge School is a licensed residential treatment and accredited educational program serving young adolescents with a history of serious emotional, learning, and behavioral difficulties located in Cross Junction, Virginia.

Timber Ridge School SHAPES the boy by providing a:

· Safe and Supportive Environment

· Hope for his future

· Advocacy for his needs

· Preparation and education for life-long learning

· Empowerment and assurance of
