Students
will use the internet to navigate and find information to examine the
fitness benefits of multiple forms of physical activity. Students
will be given websites to visit that will increase their knowledge and
awareness of the different levels of fitness that can be obtained
through physical activity.
P.E. 6. 4.03 Students will examine the fitness benefits of a variety of physical activities.
This
lesson is designed for sixth grade physical education students.
Students will need to know how to navigate the internet to search
for information before beginning this activity. The students
should also be familar with using and establishing a word document.

| What fitness benefits would Murry achieve if he began to exercise daily? | Strength, Endurance, Cardiovascular level, Flexibility, and Body Comp. |
