The Dodge Journey is a different type of vehicle because it is known for its safety. For the second year straight it has won the Top Safety Pick from the insurance institute for Highway Safety. This award is given to the vehicle that has the best crash testing and the handling for the driver to avoid such situations. The cost for it starts around $21,165 and rises with more features. Some of the cool features of it are that it can seat seven people and has the ability to store lots of bags on your journey. The third row is optional for the seven person seating. The middle row has a flip and slide seat so people can get back there more easily. Also the front passenger seat has a flip and stow process where you can store items under the seat cushion. The mileage it gets on the road is 19 city and 25 highway mpg. When you upgrade the journey from 2.4 L to 3.5 L engine the mileage changes to a three to four miles difference. If you're looking for a different family car then maybe you should look into this one.
