Cryptozoologists Most people don't know who cryptozoologists are or what they do. On this page some of these individuals and their contributions to the scientific community will be discussed. Loren Coleman is one of the world's leading cryptozoologists. He began his investigations in 1960, and began writing to share his experiences in 1969. Coleman has written seventeen books on crytozoology and has appeared on radio and television programs. Coleman has acted as both an on and off-camera consultant for television programs such as, "Unsolved Mysteries", the History Channel's "In Search Of History", and the Discovery Channel's "In the Unknown" (www.lorencoleman.com/cryptozoologist.html).

(Honors) degree in pure zoology from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and a PhD in zoology and comparative physiology from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Dr. Shuker is the author of numerous cryptozoological related articles and several books (members.aol.com/okapionza/biography.html).
