The Giant Anaconda Throughout the centuries sightings of giant snakes in South America have been reported. Some of these snakes were reported to be over one hundred feet in length. Several photographs have been taken of these giant snakes, but scientists do not accept the photos as proof. The description of these snakes is much like that of an anaconda which have been recorded as being up to thirty five feet long (www.yasd.com/articles/monsters2.htm).
