Imagine you’re an Olympic Sprinter and you are trying to get ready to train for the biggest even of your life, THE OLYMPICS. However, your trainer and speed coach ended up missing thier flight to China to come out and train you for your upcoming events so now you have to train on your own. Now, instead of having someone to tell you what to do, YOU have to come up with your own warm up and cool down activity before you start to train and when your finished training for the day, to do this you will need to gather information to make sure your well informed on what needs to be done !
