The time line was a good guide to follow, but delays do happen.

Delays that happened where:

            1. All of the racks did not arrive together.

            2. Cable was not received in time.

            3. All of the rack components were not ordered on time and were

                 delayed in shipping.

            4. Residence staff was living in the halls, and the Gateway project

                 was also in the rooms.
