y name is Patrick Aragon and I’m a junior at Shepherd University majoring in Physical education and Health. Currently, I am practicing to be a Physical educator at Morgan Academy where I mold the minds of young students and strive to teach them to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I am also a member of the Shepherd University baseball team and a beginner in the sport of running. Throughout my website, you will find a weightlifting program along with other hobbies I enjoy and a PowerPoint that I presented to my students about increasing physical education in West Virginia schools. Also, you will see the top 5 baseball teams I like and a website I enjoy navigating through because of the beautiful pictures.
