“I am a canvas of my experiences, my story is etched in lines and shading, and you can read it on my arms, my legs, my shoulders, and my stomach.” ~Kat Von D

“Tattoos have a power and magic all their own. They decorate the body but they also enhance the soul.”

Inked

Inked was a little different from the other tattoo shows out there, but nonetheless, deriving from the same concept. All in all, it was a documentary about people who have been "inked" and their stories. Unlike the other shows, it did not show people actually getting tattooed and their artists were not nearly as popular as those on Miami Ink or LA Ink. The name of the tattoo shop that hosts the show is called Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company and airs on A&E Network. It takes place in Las Vegas Valley and was created by a man who goes by the name Jeff Fowler in the year of 2005. Out of all of the shows, I can definitely say that I have watched this one the least. Not to say that it is a bad show, but let's be honest... drama is what keeps the ratings high-- and this show just didn't have it.
