INTRODUCTION

You are a personal trainer, you encounter a client who has been inactive for a while and wants to get back in the groove of things. Think of some other alternatives they can do besides taking the stairs instead of the elevators at work.

TASK

Figure out what age group you want to work with. Does your client have any previous injuries, if so how can you modify activities for them to become active?

This lesson will be done individually, you may take up interviews or any computer based research for this assignment will be accepted. BE CREATIVE!

PROCESS

*Search the internet for safety guidelines for working with your client (and their age group)

*Search the internet for specific workouts that wont hinder the clients ability to do something—especially after any injury

*Ask people in your neighborhood, or personal trainers at your local gyms how they get people motivated to move and start getting active

*Type up and print out all of their responses to these specific tasks
