I am pleased to accept your offer of an internship in Therapeutic Recreation at Charleston State Hospital. I am very excited about the variety of opportunities and experiences available to me.
According to our letter of agreement I am scheduled to begin my internship May 24, 1999 and terminate it August 15, 1999. It is my understanding that I will work 40 hours per week and receive a stipend of $ 100.00 per week. Also, it is my understanding that Charleston State Hospital will assist me in finding a place to live.
