If you do not complete the forms you can be dropped from RECR 450.

You should start sending timesheets & journal entries the 1^st and 15^th of every month

You can send them by mail, fax, or email.

You do not have to use the form in the book - but should have all that information on whatever you send.

Send a site evaluation with your first set of paperwork.
