Zombies
The word zombie comes from the “nzambi,” a Congolese word
for “spirit.” Contrary to popular belief, zombies do not eat
human flesh.
Zombies are created by a voodoo priest called a bokor. Once
the bokor turns the dead human into a zombie, the zombie is
the bokor’s slave.
The only way to kill a zombie is to either decapitate it or
to burn it.
